Programming Universal Remote for Remote Codes Klipsch Soundbar
Here is an extensive protocol that you need to follow to program your remote control for the Klipsch soundbar:
1. Turn the Soundbar on and press the Setup button on the remote control.
2. Hold it for a few seconds until a red LED light turns on.
3. Release the setup key button.
4. Select the device you wish to program your remote and then press the Device key on the remote.
5. If a red light starts to blink, then it will indicate that the device has been selected successfully.
6. Add the code for the selected device in the space given for the code.
7. The light will switch off automatically once you select the correct code for your device.
8. To ensure that you have followed the protocol rightly, use the remote and check Volume, channel, mute, or other function keys.
9. If the remote is working, then it means you have successfully programmed the remote.

1. Turn off the soundbar and remove all the cables and wires from the soundbar.
2. Now turn it on again.
3. Select the Mute button and hold the Volume down key with it.

6. Now press the mute + select keys simultaneously for few seconds again and wait for the LED light. It will blink twice.
7. Enter the 3-digit code 993.
8. Press the “Select” button.
9. Set the DirecTV mode and reconnect the wires and cables to the Soundbar.
10. Check if the remote is working correctly or not.

Programming Xfinity Remote Control for a Klipsch Soundbar
Two types of Klipsch remotes are usually used for any soundbar. You can program the Xfinity X-1 and XR-15 for your soundbar. Here is the complete manual of programming the Xfinity remote:
1. To start processing with the remote, connect your Soundbar with the device. It should be your device’s primary sound system. Or else, the device will use its inbuilt speakers, and the whole processing will be disturbed.
