Programming Jumbo Universal Remote Codes

These codes are listed in this article. Make sure to find the right code appropriate to the brand and type of device that you have. Take note that this process might take some of your time and that you may experience some errors and repeats of previous steps along the way. All you have to do is just perform the task slowly but surely and read instructions carefully.

The whole process could be technical and even frustrating especially if you’re not that tech-savvy but remember what good it will bring to you once you’d be able to finish the whole task.

TIP: It would be much better to write down the codes that specifically correspond to the brand of your device so you can easily provide them when asked during the process. Aside from that, it will save you more time.

Here’s a walkthrough on how you can program your Jumbo universal remote control:

1. First turn on the device that you want to program such as your television commonly, or any other device available. Ensure the batteries of your remote as well, see to it that it’s all working to avoid any interruptions during the process.

2. Aim your remote control facing the device in order for it to catch up with signals and follow commands.

3. On your remote, press the button that corresponds to the device that you wish to program with the remote. If you want to program the TV, press the TV button.

4. Press the “Code Search” button for about 3 seconds until the light stays on.

5. Enter the code for your device using the number pad. The light will blink each time you push a button. If the code works, the light will turn off. If the light flashes, that means the code did not work. There may be multiple codes for a device. If a code does not work, start from the beginning by holding down code search until the light stays on and use a new code.

6. If the process worked on your first attempt, follow the same steps when programming your other devices.

Don’t worry if you have failed on the first attempt as it is completely normal. That is the main reason why there are multiple codes available for each brand so you can have many options to choose from when some of them won’t work. Just make sure to follow all the steps correctly because one wrong move will affect the whole process.
