Programming One For All URC-3220 Remote Codes

If you have lost your TV remote countless of times, you might as well get a backup universal remote control that will serve the same purpose. This remote can cater to various brands and TV types, so you don’t need to worry about incompatibility. If you have chosen the One For All URC-3220 as your universal remote, here’s how you can program it to your TV and other devices.

Programming One For All Remote Codes URC-3220

The codes in this guide are made and designed specifically for the brand and type of TV or device. This will allow the remote to have centralized control like your typical TV remote, but for other devices too. You just need to carefully enter these codes, otherwise you become prone to errors and repetition of steps. That said, this process may require patience and focus to get the job done.

Tip: It would be much better to gather all the codes that you need first. Navigate through the list and write down the ones that you’ll be using. By doing so, you’d be saving more time since you can just instantly provide the codes when asked instead of navigating through the list in the middle of the process.

Here’s a step-by-step and detailed tutorial on how you can program your URC-3220 remote control on your device:

1. Now that you have gathered all the necessary codes, turn on the device that you wish to program. Ensure the remote has working batteries installed on them to avoid any interruption during the process later since this is the main tool that you’ll be using to make it all possible.

2. To start programming, press and hold the SETUP button. Do not release unless you notice that the POWER button blinks twice.

3. Once done, press and release the POWER button.

4. Now, this is when you’ll have to provide the necessary code for programming. Using the number button on your remote, enter the code from the list you have gathered.

5. Once completed, let go of the button and wait until your TV turns off.

6. If your TV is turned off, it indicates that the Setup is complete. To further confirm if it is now fully functional, turn on your TV again, test out few buttons such as channel and volume and verify if it responds to their respective commands.

7. If it’s working, repeat and follow the same process for your other devices. If it didn’t, repeat the same process but use another code.

Take note that it’s completely normal to encounter issues such as failing on your first attempt since there are tendencies that some codes won’t work on your end. These are the main reasons why there are backup codes. These codes are what you’ll use when you retry the process. Just follow the same steps properly and don’t miss any important indicators.
